Ok, I fought it for a long time. I was NOT going to play! I had nothing against it, music is just not my thing. But, my sweet daughter really wanted me to try it, and since I'm trying not to be a boring mom, I said okay. I did one song on the drums, and Hadassah said "wow mom, you're not very good." I agreed and went back to being boring. THEN... I found out you "win" money and can go "shopping"! Where has this game been all my life?! I did a few songs and before I knew it I had over $1000! I got to buy a dress, shoes and a leggings, any color I wanted! A few more songs and I got a snake-skin drum set! More shoes and a new skirt! It's like playing dolls with more dress up clothes than I ever imagined. I even got to design my own "doll". Her name is Luanne Holden. She's not very good at the drums, but she tries hard. So now I get to be a cool mom who plays dress up with two of my daughters (my 3yr old has very definite opinions on what Luanne should wear), bang on pretend drums and shop till I drop. woohoo!
