   Cygnus' Dad is in the hospital and may be dying. He has not accepted Jesus as his Savior. Please be praying that he will. And also please pray for the family as they are going through this hard time.

Okay guys, I know how much we all LOVE looking at pictures of the Hawkins clan, but we sure would LOVE to see some of the Penman and Youngberg and Rover and Crawford clans also. PLEASE go into the Keith and Anne Penman group and upload some pictures!!!! We are starting to forget what you look like. : )

And any of you Hawkins (Beth, Steven) who have more pictures please add them as well. You can never have to many. : )

1. Mr. T and Chuck Norris decided to spar, they travelled to the only safe place in the Universe, the beginning of time. They bowed to each other and Chuck launched in with a roundhouse kick. Mr. T blocked it, and the resulting pressure wave is commonly called the Big Bang.

 

2. Mr. T once punched Chuck Norris at the exact moment he roundhouse kicked Mr. T in the chest. The result was the 80's.

Hello, I know that I don't usually write blogs, I don't even remember the last time I did, but I just couldn't resist it tonight. And I don't want anyone to think that I'm bragging on my family, just sharing a wonderful fun time in our lives. :) So for Hadassah's seventh birthday it was decided that we would have a costume party. They decided it about a week (give or take a day or two) before her birthday, but true to the Hawkins' tradition we didn't even start thinking about our costumes until the day before her birthday. Except for Elizabeth, she had hers almost right away. And I had an idea of what I wanted, but hadn't done any of the work. So we had a day and part of a morning to figure out about 12 to 15 outfits. Not just figure them out, but put them together too. : ) And we did it! I know it was only by God's grace and mercy though. Everything just fell right into place. And the party was very fun! The kids loved it, the adults loved it, except for the four (you know who you are) that didn't dress up as anything. All in All the party was a hit. We now know that costume parties aren't all that hard, providing we pray hard enough.:) And I'm very tired right now, can you tell? So I should probably hurry up and end this.
