This group is to remember those suffering in the work Christ Jesus set us to do. It is an opportunity to raise these saints up in prayer.  It may also be a sober reminder to us who suffer so little in our Father's Work, of what so many go through.

1 Peter 4:16
However, if you suffer as a Christian, do not be ashamed, but praise God that you bear that name.
